August 2026 Sakernas: BPS Mamuju Tengah Begins Field Updating

The Statistics Indonesia (BPS) of Mamuju Tengah Regency officially commenced the field updating phase of the August 2026 National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas) on 24 July 2026. The activity is being carried out across selected Enumeration Areas (SLS) in all subdistricts of Mamuju Tengah Regency as the initial stage of the survey before the main household interviews begin.

The field updating is conducted by Field Enumerators (PPL) and Field Supervisors (PML) through door-to-door visits to selected households. The objective is to verify the existence of households and update the household listing to ensure that the survey sample accurately reflects current field conditions.

During the updating process, enumerators carefully verify household information in accordance with the survey guidelines. Their dedication and attention to detail play an essential role in maintaining the quality and reliability of Sakernas data, which serve as an important source of official labor statistics in Indonesia.

The field updating activity will continue until 7 August 2026. Therefore, BPS Mamuju Tengah kindly encourages residents whose households have been selected as survey samples to welcome Sakernas officers and provide accurate information based on their actual circumstances.
