Central Mamuju, July 11, 2024 - Central Mamuju Regency held the Launching of Statistics Love Village (Beautiful Village) in Hall B of the Central Mamuju Regent's Office. This event aims to be the starting point for the implementation of a program to strengthen standardized and quality data management at the village level nationally, in order to support village development planning and local government. The village that was launched as a Beautiful Village in Central Mamuju Regency for 2024 is Polongaan Village, Tobadak District. This activity was attended by various important officials, including the Regent of Central Mamuju H. Aras Tammauni, Assistant III Heranto, S.Pd., M.M, Head of BPS Central Mamuju Regency Sundari Budiani, S.ST., M.Si., Secretary of the Regional Development Planning, Research, and Development Agency of Central Mamuju Regency Hairullah, S.Pd., Head of the Community and Village Empowerment Service of Central Mamuju Regency H. Dzulkifli, S.Sos., M.Si., Head of the Communication, Informatics, Statistics, and Cryptography Service of Central Mamuju Regency, Dr. Ishaq Yunus, S.IP., M.AP., Head of Tobadak Sub-district Irwan Ismail, S.Pd., M.AP., and Head of Polongaan Village Semuel Pampang L., S.E.
The event began with remarks from the Head of BPS of Central Mamuju Regency, Sundari Budiani S.ST., M.Sc., who expressed the hope that strong coordination and collaboration could make the launch of the Statistics Love Village the beginning of the realization of other beautiful villages throughout Central Mamuju Regency. The next remarks were delivered by the Regent of Central Mamuju who emphasized the importance of this program to improve the competence of village officials in data management. According to him, "This Beautiful Village aims to improve the competence of village officials in data management, which is important for more accurate and targeted development planning. This program also supports the achievement of the Village Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). "
The presentation of material related to the socialization of the Beautiful Village "Village Data Management for Accelerating Village Development" was delivered by Pramanda Abruri Fahmi, S.Tr.Stat., First Expert Statistician of BPS of Central Mamuju Regency, followed by the presentation of the second material "General Overview of EPSS 2024" by Anggoro Rahmadi, S.ST., First Expert Statistician of BPS of Central Mamuju Regency. The active and enthusiastic Q&A session demonstrated full support from all parties for the Beautiful Village program and better data management in Central Mamuju.
