Tuesday, 13 February 2024, Central Mamuju Regency BPS held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) for Central Mamuju Regency on Figures 2024. This activity was carried out at Wisma Widya Buah, Topoyo, where various Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) were present as data producers.
Head of BPS Central Mamuju Regency, Mrs. Sundari Budiani, S.ST., M.Si., officially opened this FGD activity. This time the FGD was initiated to confirm the correctness of the data that had been submitted by OPD to BPS Central Mamuju, making this event an important milestone in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the data that will be published.
Anggoro Rahmadi S.ST, First Expert Statistician at BPS Central Mamuju Regency, led the discussion session carefully. The discussion session was a moment where OPD representatives showed enthusiasm in providing responses to questions, reflecting their awareness of the importance of quality data within government agencies. This FGD was not only limited to being a forum for discussion, but also became a historic moment as the first FGD held in Central Mamuju Regency since the founding of BPS Central Mamuju.
After the discussion was finished regarding data from OPD, the event continued with the presentation of material as well as an effort to develop sectoral statistics, Anisa Rahma Subagio, S.Tr.Stat, Implementer at BPS Central Mamuju Regency, delivered material regarding the use of Romantic Applications as a means providing Recommendations for the Implementation of Statistical Activities to local government agencies, especially OPD. This material was well and enthusiastically received by OPD representatives, indicating high interest in the use of technology to increase efficiency and accuracy in the management of statistical activities.
As the highlight of the event, OPD representatives gave their impressions and messages regarding the implementation of this FGD. They agreed that this activity was not only useful as a discussion forum between government agencies in Central Mamuju. On the other hand, this activity is the first step in building mutual awareness of the importance of collaboration in producing quality data. Central Mamuju BPS, in this context, is appreciated for its significant role in formulating policies and consultations related to statistics that will be carried out in the future.
The hope is that every OPD and government agency in Central Mamuju can continue to collaborate synergistically to create accurate and reliable data, supporting the progress of Central Mamuju Regency in a better direction.
