Central Mamuju Health BPJS Visit to Central Mamuju Regency BPS

On Friday, January 12 2024, the Central Mamuju Regency Central Statistics Agency (BPS) welcomed the presence of the Mamuju Branch Social Security Administering Body (BPJS) Health Team. This visit was represented by Frontliners from the Central Mamuju Health BPJS Team, Sukmawati and Jepri, and was welcomed by the Head of Central Mamuju Regency BPS, Sundari Budiani, as well as the Head of General Subdivision, Fitria Ramadhan. This event took place well in the BPS technical room of Central Mamuju Regency.

During the visit, BPJS Health representatives emphasized their commitment to improving access and quality of health services. They informed that BPJS Health not only provides face-to-face services, but also offers online services that can be accessed for free via the Mobile JKN application. Features in the Mobile JKN application, such as JKN program information, service registration information (queue), health facility locations, and others, are also explained to make it easier for participants to access.

BPS employees showed their enthusiasm by providing positive responses to this socialization. Several BPS employees were seen asking questions about BPJS services, and some of them even registered with JKN Mobile on their respective devices with the help of the Mamuju Branch BPJS Health Team.

With this visit, it is hoped that positive cooperation will be established between government institutions. The introduction of the Mobile JKN application is expected to increase access to better and more efficient health services through technological innovation.
