Head of BPS Mateng Conducts DTSEN Groundcheck Supervision in the Field

Topoyo – The Head of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Mamuju Tengah conducted direct supervision of the Single National Socio-Economic Data (DTSEN) groundcheck in Budong-Budong Village, Topoyo District, on Wednesday (12/3/2025). This activity aimed to ensure the groundcheck followed Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and to provide guidance and feedback to the field team.

This supervision followed up on a coordination meeting held the previous day at the BPS Mamuju Tengah Hall. The Head of BPS directly observed the data verification process by PKH facilitators and assessed the challenges faced during data collection. Accompanying the Head of BPS were the DTSEN National Instructor (Innas) and PKH facilitators serving as enumerators in the field.

During the supervision, the Head of BPS emphasized the importance of accuracy in data recording and good coordination among field officers and stakeholders. "We hope the groundcheck process runs according to SOP, and that PKH facilitators remain actively engaged in their fieldwork," said Sundari Budiani, Head of BPS Mamuju Tengah.

PKH facilitators welcomed this supervision and shared the challenges they encountered, such as difficulties in meeting respondents and discrepancies between field conditions and initial data. Despite these obstacles, they remained enthusiastic and committed to completing their tasks as planned.

With this supervision, the team is expected to become more cohesive in conducting the DTSEN groundcheck, ensuring that the collected data serves as a reliable foundation for policy development in Mamuju Tengah Regency.
